Peppes Pizza is a chain pizza restaurant in Norway. We could see this restaurant everywhere in any major cities in Norway. It specifically sells pizza and has a variety of flavors. As we were told that Peppes Pizza is quite good, we found a Peppes Pizza to try while we were in Bergen.
This Peppes Pizza store is quite large, with both indoor and outdoor dining space. When we walked in, the sign actually say sit yourself. We were a bit confused there. Usually there would be a person there to greet you and get a table for you. We did what the sign said anyway and found ourselves a table. Soon the waitress came by and greeted us and gave us the menus. She also gave us an English menu but did mention that some items were not on the English menu for some reason. We did not care much however, since there was picture for each of the flavor.
We picked a Hawaiian and a Signature Pizza. There were large and small size, and we ordered small for both of them. Soon the pizza was delivered to us quite quickly. By looking at the pizza, it was well baked. It was very easy to tear off the slide and the cheese did not fall off the slice. It was not greasy at all. For the small pizza, each pizza came with 6 slices. We think that a small pizza is perfect for a person's meal.
As we finish off the pizza, we also saw a family celebrating the birthday of their kid. Peppes Pizza does seem to offer a small cake for people having birthday celebration here.
Overall, we had a good experience here. The service was good and the food was good. We definitely would not mind to try this again in the future.
