Canyon Diner is a fast food like dining restaurant located at Bryce. It is right across from Best Western. Canyon Diner offers food such as burgers, fries, onion ring, pizza, and many other fast food like choices. It also has seat in area for people to enjoy the food. It is a convenient place to grab a quick bite after an exhausting day at Bryce National Park.
After a long day at Bryce National Park, we were thinking of grabbing sandwich from Subway that is at the end of the road. However, for whatever reason the road was jammed like crazy heading down the Subway. We were stuck in traffic for over 15 minutes without moving an inch. Thus we gave up and turned around to go to the closest restaurant we could find.
There weren't too many people at Canyon Diner when we walked in. We spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out what to order. We needed up ordering a plate of fresh salad, and a cheese burger.
The salad came with lettuce, broccoli, tomato, and a boil egg. It was more fresh that we original thought and actually tasted quite good. The burger was more ordinary like burger from other fast food place. When we got the drink cup, it was actually just a coffee cup. As we filled up our drink at the fountain, the only lid we could use was the one for coffee. With this, we didn't need to use any straw at all and can just drink from the lid.
In general, Canyon Diner is a place to grab a quite bite. If you prefer to have a fine dining experience, there are several other choices such as steak house right across from the restaurant.
